Special Guest at White Oak Chapter
Our White Oak Chapter of Roots & Wings had Dawn Benson, with Yoga Dawning, come speak to them about the importance of “mindfulness.” Dawn led the girls through several exercises that so they could experience the self-awareness and acceptance that yoga can bring. Thank you, Dawn!

Roots & Wings Helps Out Georgia SPCA in a Big Way
The Roots & Wings girls spent weeks collecting supplies for the SPCA and making some very special cats toys and doggie treats. On May 5th, the girls went to the SPCA to deliver all of their goodies, take a tour of the facility, play with the cats and dogs and learn about the importance of volunteering.
