One Goal. Every Girl.

“I Matter!”

Being a girl at any age is tough

Connection and a safe space to grow and explore with girls who see the best in you, support your bravery to be exactly who you are, and cheer you on as you learn to lead in your own life and in the community is essential.

That’s where we come in.

“Mrs. Draper has become a valued mentor for our daughter. She instills a practical approach to expanding social skills allowing the girls to express themselves in a way to achieve a higher level of self confidence in the process. She has a way of making an ordinary girl become extraordinary.”

Roots and Wings

For grades 3-5

Roots and Wings is a program designed to help girls explore just how much they matter.

Empowering girls to become confident self-assured leaders, with an understanding of their impact on the world around them builds not only leaders in the community, but in their own lives.

Through lessons and conversations built around games, projects, creative expression, and the arts, girls are encouraged to celebrate who they are, their unique gifts, and their positive contribution to the world around them.

Monthly payments of $45 are made through a PayPal subscription. You may cancel at any time.

Curriculum

Through lessons and conversations built around games, projects, creative expression, and the arts, girls celebrate who they are, their unique gifts, and their contribution to others.

Research-based lessons are designed to address social and emotional learning and the universal traits of leadership at each unique level. Curriculum loops in such a way as to enable mastery for all girls whether they are new to the program or longtime participants.

Results

Active participation in our programs empower girls to clearly communicate their wants and needs, understand and manage their emotions, identify and work through obstacles, build healthy relationships, and connect to the impact of their decisions.

The “ideal girl” for our program is one that is filled with an innate desire to connect with others and, ultimately, with herself. We see the most progress in girls, regardless of their background, who ask questions, try new things, take on challenges, desire more connection, and want to grow.
